Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new arrivals), processing times may be extended by

1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Please note that deliver times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds & Store Credit

• We offer store credit for returns. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business davs after we receive and inspect your item(S).

• Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
